2020-2021 Student Registration and Enrollment

Returning Students

  • Log in to your ParentVUE account and complete the Online Registration

Incoming 9th Grade Students Coming from our feeder schools

  • Log in to your ParentVUE account and complete the Online Registration
  • Upload Proof of Residency-Due to social distancing guidelines, we cannot accept paper documents at this time.

New Students to APS

  • Start by going to the APS Enrollment website 
  • Create ParentVUE account and complete Online Registration
  • All new students must upload proof of residency, birth certificate and immunization records- Due to social distancing guidelines, we cannot accept paper documents at this time

Transfer Students

  • Go to APS Student Transfers website 
  • Complete application
  • Transfers are handled by the District. Contact 505-855-9050 for assistance

ParentVue Assistance

  • Go to the APS ParentVUE/StudentVUE website 
  • Forgot Password? Use the forgot password option in your ParentVUE account
  • For further assistance, refer to the Account Creation Guide in the link above

Required Documents to Establish Residency

  • A deed or mortgage payment receipt, dated within 60 days of enrollment
  • A current property tax bill, current lease or housing agreement
  • A current PNM or Gas bill, dated within 60 days of enrollment

Additional Documents to Include in the Online Registration

  • Immunization Record
    • All students enrolled in APS must have updated vaccination records
  • Previous school’s address and phone number
  • Custodial documentation (if applicable)
