Currently, the student information system is experiencing issues following an upgrade. Please be patient with Attendance requests which are taking much longer to enter. The district expects this situation to be resolved within 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Transcript Request

La Cueva High School has implemented a new Transcript Request process. We are now using an online ordering system called Parchment.
You have to create an account but the process is very simple. Your transcript request will be sent to our Registrar, Mrs. Perry, and she will process the request within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once the transcript is sent. The best news is that this entire process is free! If you have problems with setting up your account or requesting your transcript, please email Mrs. Perry at rebecca.perry@aps.edu.
